Reservations are appreciated and will be accepted with a deposit of
one nights stay. Personal check, Visa/MasterCard and cash
are acceptable methods of payment. A
fourteen-day notice of cancellation is required, if less than
fourteen days, a
charge equal to one nights stay will be imposed. All attempts will
be made to fill your vacancy; if successful we will fully refund
your deposit minus a $25.00 service charge.

| To make your stay and the stay of others enjoyable, we politely request that you do not smoke indoors. However, for those that do smoke, there is a porch and guests certainly are allowed to smoke outside if they desire. | |

| Pets can sometimes disturb other guests, and for this reason we ask that you leave your pets at home or arrangements can be made at a nearby boarding facility. We trust these modest requests will not inconvenience you as we try to make the stay of everyone as pleasant as possible. | |
